Hello my friends!!
It has been a long time ago since I want to write a story about my trip to japan. Actually it was a year ago but I don’t want to make it become longer to post because I really bad in memorizing.
I went to Japan to join the Japan-Asia Youth Exchange Program in Science (Sakura Science Plan) in Kobe University. I am very grateful to be a participant in this program. Honestly, that was the first time I went abroad.
Finally, I can check one of my bucket lists.
I was so stunned by everything I saw. Everything looks new and beautiful.
I can feel a completely different atmosphere, whatever it feels like everything feels beautiful.
I was really excited to explore that country. And that was the story begin.

we visited one of the temples near our inn. actually it's not too far away, but I have very rarely walked long distances recently, I feel tired and consider that it was far away. there was a wedding ceremony at the temple. we looked from the outside curiously hehe

Day 1

The cost is 190 yen, around 22,000 rupiah. We went to campus and back to our hotel by train, every day it's always like that. Because our hotel is close to the market, there is much to be seen there, every day we can "cuci mata" there. we like to visit DAISO. That is a 100-yen shop. The items in Daiso are quite unique, cutie but not all of them cost 100 yen. But it's worth it for those who want to buy souvenirs there.

FULL OF CURIOUSNESS. Would I got new friends? Am I able to survive? What happened next? What should I do? Would this be fun? Yaaaa I was very panic. But then I really enjoy the day, even that was too hot and we sweat. We went to campus by train and still had to walk a little down along the beautiful road. We were warmly welcomed by the people there.
I was so happy entered the class. Finally we got the AC in the class. We had a short rest. After a while we were going to the bigger class and met the people that will be with us for the next few days. After that we began the research explanation. It feels like a normal lecture and practial session. We are guide by a really humble students there. We were divided into 4 groups based on the project topic. I really enjoy the time with my team.

Getting serious. It's still the same as yesterday but it's no longer confusing, enjoys it more

Today i am so excited, cus there will be a welcome party in the afternoon, yeee can't wait
During breaks, we have lunch together with our assistants, we are very grateful to be able to get many things from them, sharing about Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. after lunch we were also taken to the campus shop by the assistants to see their souvenirs. It is always like that.

We met many children there, maybe elementary students. I really happy to see them, they were so cute. They have learned early by seeing and eperiencing it directly. But its not boring because they playing while learning.

Finally we arrived at …….
KYOTO !!!!
waaaaa sooooow excited, because Kyoto known as center of Japanese culture. so, i thought there will be a lot more awesome there.

Just enter the campus area, I feel really cozy hahaha. i really want to study here :) (dreamer girl)
We visited their agricultural faculty. it was a great opportunity to be there ...

One of the reasons why Kyoto is called the center of Japanese culture is because there are many historical temples there.

Next day we are still on campus, continuing the research. We went home longer and fell so tired
Next day we had discussion and making the final report. We were helped by our lovely lab assistants. They were so really kind.

at afternoon tha assistant asked us to tidy up our items and we arranged the chairs neatly as before but our tasks is not done yet. I confused at first. And then we gathered in a room with another group, and what happened? Yaaaaa they bring the japanese snack and said that we were on farewell party. I don’t know but I was feel touched and sad because it is almost over

After a farewell, my prof ask us (my group) to follow him to his room.
And yahhh he gave each us a present, OMG. I was touched again, so sweet. I even didn’t expect that I was able to had a great supervisor here. but we had a good relationship with him, he guided us at museum, he helped us playing at museum (because most of the games instruction was in japanese), he was really patient to teach us.

at afternoon we went to a festival, I don't know what the name was. Finally, after we were curious, we entered and explored the food there. I really enjoy it.

Next day we continued finishing our report, and ready for presentation.

I am not ready to end all of the memories here, even the bad one.
After done the presentation, we had a sanoyara time. Finally, hardly, we left the campus.
We back to hotel and prepare ours to move to osaka.
We spend a night at osaka. It was unbelieveble, we are on the last night.

I can spend my week here,

that was an unforgettable memories,
I got many great lessons ,
I met good and kind people,
I enjoy the food, so much
