“A friend is someone who can give you
lessons, which you do not get from any school”
-Anonymous-
Yaaa, that's really true. i mean, i
agree with the statement. Maybe the word is very commonly used and we often
hear it. for me, that statement is very meaningful.
For
my high school friends, thank you for giving me the meaning of being a
friend, but you will find a new me, a really new me, if we meet later.
For
my elementary school friends, Hello! do you still remember me? :D maybe i will
be a very new person for you. Because honestly i don't really remember the way
you used to be. Because our friendship is very innocent without falsehood, so i
can not judge you at all.
Okay,
back to the main topic.
actually
i want to share about my experience found new friends from the other
country.
First
i had nilu, wasu, shehani, chatur, nimeshi and others. They came from Sri Lanka,
university of Ruhuna. They were a really friendly people having a really long
name. seriously makes me hard to call them for several day. they loved
making friends and talking nonsense thing, also they loved joking. They had an
old age but a very young sense of humor. so glad to had a friends like them,
although sometimes i feel funny with their accent, but their English was so
fluent. some of them liked to ask some stupid word in Indonesia, just for having
fun.
The
girls
What
could i learn from them?
NOTHING
hahaha :)
i
just found a new me when making friends with them, i don't know, just naturally
comes out.
Then,
i had Thailand friends. They were thammasat university's student.
fon
and tip. i forgot their long names as they say it because the pronunciation is
very difficult. the thing we often talk is about practicum material because
their major is mechanical engineering, without any agricultural. sometimes we
talked about Thailand actor and movies. they has so many recommended Thai
movies, but i forgot them.
honestly at first, it is really difficult for me to make
friend with them, i often confused by something they were talking about because
their accent and pronunciation is unusual for me. But then, we could. i learn
something from them, "be your self and do not be prestigious".
Last,
my Japanese friends. i had a lot because they were our practical assistant.
they were so kind. they had try their best in serving us and making friend with
us. they really happy if we know something about Japan. i don't have much word
to describe them, they were so kind, seriously.
teach
how to make origami
There
were so many thing i can learn from them,
1.
on time is important
2.
do something seriously and totalitily
3.
Try your best on anything.
4.
be a good listener and respect to others.
Mayb
all these thins are very common and often we hear when our teachers give us
advice. But after meeting the person who actually did it in them, i feel like a dust, whereas i am belong to a good people in
Indonesia hahahaha :D
last
but not least,
what
can we learn from a friendship? be a good friend. A friendship able to make you
become a new person. became new in positive sense.
THANK
YOU
